"I am sorry but they are never open when they are supposed to be open. I got on the waiting list today and drove there and they had a handwritten "sorry we are closed" sign on the door. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice.... Even though this location is closest to me by a fair bit, and I've had some decent haircuts there in the past, I'm done. This business is too unreliable."

"At one time was one of my favorite place to get a hair cut , sadly the customer service here has fallen so low , i must give it a 1 star and stop going there ."

"Haircuts always fine, but when they advertise online check in, I’m showing next, and then they take a walk in ahead of me, that doesn’t sit well - you just lost 2*. I have a choice and there’s Great Clips in the same plaza."

"You guys really need to have more employees on or something. I was told 15 minutes, waited 30 minutes for the only barber that's there to finish a children's haircut, and then come to find out that there's someone who checked in on-line before me so it'd be another 30 minutes. I came on my lunch break. Y'all just wasted my time, and I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll be back, even though I work across the street and have been coming here for a little while now."

"Everytime I come, I have a different employee cutting my hair... And I always walk out with a cut that resembles the last cut I had. Pretty happy with this place, and have come the last 3 cuts. If a stylist can't complete something (everyone has different hair, thin/thick, waves, curls, etc), they don't hesitate to ask another stylist. Sure that seems odd, but... I'd rather have someone with some humility that has my haircut in their interest rather than the money. This place is busy every time, which is one of the downfalls... But, they're cordial and pleasant when greeting. They make sure you've actually checked in before you sit, so you're not waiting for no reason. I'll definitely be back."

"Awesome experience and service from Jean Ann..She did an awesome job on my son's graduation haircut. We came in right at closing and she still took us in and didn't rush. She will be one of the reasons I will return with my 2 boys!"

"I did get an excellent haircut, I think. There was a lot of fanfare going on. The brief head massage was, well, brief. A lot of noise and interruptions. They were trying too hard with the whole show. I'd prefer if they'd focus maybe 90% on the actual haircut. Not sure if I'd go back. A bit pricey at $35. There are plenty of barbers in the neighborhood who can do the same haircut for $10 or $12. The place was spotless, tho, and they noted on the computer your preferences for the next time."
